1.把握跟进节奏
一般来说,客户收到样品都有一个消化的过程,先了解产品的各项信息,再做市场调研,甚者会进行多个样品的对比,因为不是只有我们一家给客户样品。
在客户需要消化的时间里,我们不能催得太紧,一般是了解到客户收到样品后,先去个邮件和客户确认信息,之后隔一周左右再跟进第一次比较合适。
2.学会电话沟通
邮件虽然还是我们的主要沟通方式,但它有自己的局限,比如你发送的邮件客户是否收到?收到了是否看了?为什么没有给反馈?这些东西我们通过邮件是没办法及时得到答案的,就需要电话辅助沟通。
通过电话,我们可以直接的询问客户是否有收到我们的产品、收到我们的邮件。打电话可以先一步确认,做到心里有数。
