1. 对于已成交的老客户
可以给我们的成交的客户发邮件问问最近有没有订单,并且鉴于我们1月底的假期,希望客户可以提前订货。
Do you have any new inquiry.As you know we will have Chinese New Year holiday on the end of Jan.and every year logistics company will finish delivery the cargo about 15-20 days before the holiday .so nearly about one month we can not delivery the cargo tho the port.so we suggest you place your order early

2. 对于已经寄样品的客户
给客户发一封邮件,问问客户关于样品有什么反馈,并且下一年是否有计划采购我们的产品,如果对我们的产品还有什么意见,请随时沟通。

3. 对于很久没有采购的客户
我们也要跟进问问客户是不是有什么事情需要考虑,为什么突然不用我们的产品了。是产品生产线改变还是我们的产品不符合他们的要求,请客户给予我们更多的回复。

4. 对于一直询价但是始终没有订单的客户

5. 对于一切意向客户
借“年终致谢”的机会来催单,以公司推出了年终感恩回馈活动为噱头,主动提及优惠力度,引导客户下单!

6. 对于不确定有没有意向的客户
面对不知道有没有订单意向的客户,可以用这个邮件先试探一下。提前说明下放假时间,这段时间,工厂是停工的,客户有订单需求,建议提前安排!

这个原因失单概率最大,但也要根据品质、实力、服务等方面据理力争,强调与客户的交流感情,满足客户的需求,以提高成单概率。
理解客户的情况,表现出支持和理解,通过在困境中给予客户支持,建立好感,同时耐心等待客户。
对于老客户,可以适当让利,维护其利益,与工厂和老板沟通改善产品或研发新品,真诚地帮助他解决问题,多与客户沟通,了解销售情况。
订单过程其实充满变数,有时候客户会因市场反馈想要修改款式导致延迟付款,如果因为这种情况,趁工厂也没有开始安排生产,我们要及时双向沟通,配合好客户,客户自然会下单。
一些客户可能有拖延习惯,或者因度假等原因延迟付款。高效催单的核心还是跟客户多沟通,充分理解客户的心态,真正解决问题。
