打電話的注意事项
重点单词讲慢一些
尤其是对于口语不是特别好的朋友,一定要在重点单词处放慢语速,让客户知道我们要说的重点是什么。
eg: This is jenny calling from China, we produce the eyewear for 12years.此处这几个单词就应该突出讲。
确认对方邮口箱时,一定要清楚到每个字母
好不容易要到了客户的邮/箱,一定要确认清楚每个字母,如果因为不小心
写错了某个字母而发送失败,就太可惜了!
eg: A for apple, B for Baby, C for cat, D for Dog, E for Egg,...

尽可能要到客户其他的联系方式
客户可能会出现不接雷話、不回email的情况,这时候可以在話中问问客户其他的连系方式,确保能够多途径跟进下去。
eg:Can you kindly tell me your whatsapp number and skype lD?
挂断前,一定要重复自己的名字
即使沟通没有完全成功,挂断之前这个动作也能够帮你在客户面前刷足存在感,加深客户的印象,做到这点,这通電話也就没白打。
eg:Very nice talking with you. l will wait for your news/email. This isJenny from XXX. Have a nice day!
