为什么打电话之前要自我定位,因为只有自己知道自己的实际情况,电话销售是一个长期的工作,不是今天想动了就打几下,心情不好就不打,这样是没有效果的
打电话也不一定是要英语特别好的人才能打的,所以要有自我定位,那么这边跟大家分享自我定位的三个类型:
英语好,但没有销售技巧,不知道怎么转化,也不知道怎么和客户沟通
英语不好,但有销售经验和社会阅历,想打却不知道怎么开始
英语不好,也没有产品和销售经验,但是对打电话很有兴趣
先自我定位,你是哪个类型,这样方便我们后续定制相关的电话政策
比如第一种类型的,那么在话术上可以优化一些(因为很多英语好的小伙伴非常喜欢长篇大论),这样的效果也是很差的
①打电话的环境/硬件软件准备
②提前准备好客户名单
③筛选客户,客户等级分层
④打电话心理建设
做任何一件事情都是需要目标的,比如固定的时间完成什么,每个月的业绩目标,电话目标,新手和老手的目标是不一样的
比如:需要收集电话数据,需要分类,什么阶段做什么事,这样才能系统化,也才能真正达到高效
而新手和老手的执行目标也会有不一样
新手:先找客户数据,客户背调
老手:优先去开发有转化的客户
所以,不同的阶段给自己设立新的兴趣点,用兴趣去驱动学习和进步
不要一下子对自己要求就特别高,循环渐进的,保持长期主义才能获得持续的利润

The Scene2:
A:Hi,Sir/madam,This is Coco from xx ,a professional digital product manufacture in China, may I speak to ****.
B:What do you want?
A:Actually, we are a professional digital product manufacture in China, before the exhibition,****told me that our items will be hit in your market. So today I just want to confirm with he/her again, could you please kindly help me ,it’s very important, thank you!
B:Ok,wait a moment.
A:Fine,thank you very much.
1) B:Hello, this is ****,please speaking.
A:I’m Coco/Alice, so happy to hear from you. I call you just want to confirm with you whether you have received my email yesterday.
B:Which email? your company is? and your name.
