干热灭菌设备适用于耐热材料的灭菌和除热原。灭菌过程中，循环风机、加热管、排湿风机作用下，灭菌室迅速升温，同时洁净干燥空气通过高温高效过滤器进入箱体，形成均匀分布的空气流向箱内传递，干燥空气吸收物料表面的水分，进入循环通道蒸发排出，干空气在风机作用下定向循环流动。随着水蒸汽逐渐减少，同时间歇性补充新鲜过滤空气，箱体内成微正压状态，灭菌室温度达到设定值，使被灭菌物品处于恒温的百级层流下，完成对灭菌物品的灭菌和除热原。
