感恩节（Thanksgiving Day）是美国人民独创的一个传统节日，也是美国人合家欢聚的节日。

最初感恩节没有固定日期，由美国各州临时决定。直到美国独立后的1863年，林肯总统宣布感恩节为全国性节日。1941年，美国国会正式将每年11月第四个星期四定为“感恩节”。感恩节假期一般会从星期四持续到星期天。

除此之外，加拿大、埃及、希腊等国家也都有自己独特的感恩节。

美国与加拿大都有过感恩节的传统，不同的是，加拿大的感恩节在每年的10月中旬，而美国的感恩节是每年11月的第4个星期四，今年在11月25日。

这一天也是美国的公共假日，美国人往往连上周末，度过一个4-5天的假期，作为美国血拼季和休假季的开始。

感恩节相当于中国的春节，是美洲的一个传统节日，对于很多北美客户来说，感恩节是一个非常特殊和欢乐的节日。

埃及人的感恩节为了纪念庄稼神明而举行，因此为了怕收割仍在生长的玉米使得玉米中的“精神”发怒”，于是他们会假装悲痛欲绝的哭泣。

希腊人则会在节日的第一天由已婚妇女搭起一座座盖满树叶的小屋，里面放上用植物做的长椅，第二天是斋戒日，第三天便举行宴会，并以玉米种子、蛋糕、水果和猪为礼物供奉女神。

NO.2 · 不同客户感恩节跟进技巧

除了简单的节日祝福以外，可以试着回顾一下与客户之间印象深刻的时间，比如说客户给予你的帮助等，以致谢意，或者是花点小钱买些礼物给客户。

第一种，已下单客户

没有什么比送礼更直接的了。对于老客户，我们可以根据客户的喜好、需求在这个节日送上一份贴心的小礼物，比如一件孩子喜欢的小玩具、客户喜欢的书籍等等；如果是新客户，不了解对方的喜好也没有关系，可以送一些中国特色的小礼物，客户一般都比较喜欢。记得附赠贺卡！

或者拍一段有意思的短视频，视频祝福往往比文字更直观、更能打动人！国外很多客户对YouTube、TikTok等短视频爱不释手，所以我们也可以来一段！用自己的照片或者动员全公司的员工录制一段客户的专属祝福视频，绝对会留下深刻的印象。

第二种，强烈购买意向客户

1.最好写一封专属的邮件，千万不要套用模板，有针对性一点，比如你可以回顾一下与这位客人之间的一两件印象深刻的事情，或者是他曾经给予你的帮助等等，然后因此致以谢意。最好后面再加上一张感恩节贺卡。
