第一:向客户发送我们2024农历新年停工时间轴

The Chinese New Year can be a bit crazy for product companies. Planning ahead helps minimize disruptions. We've laid out a rough timeline to highlight the key dates you should be aware of:
End of January: Suppliers will begin to stop production.

Early February: Employees begin leaving the factories.
2月初:员工开始离开工厂。
February 9: All employees have left the factory.
2月9日:全体员工离厂。
February 10: Chinese New Year.

Mid-end February: Employees begin arriving back at the factories.
2月中旬:员工开始返回工厂。
February 29: Most employees have returned.
2 月 29 日:大多数员工已经返回。
March 8: Operations are almost back to normal.
3 月 8 日:运营几乎恢复正常。
第二:告诉客户尽早规划
提醒客户,查看一下过去的销售数据,看看哪些产品热销,库存可能快见底了。在农历新年来临之前,提前了解库存动态,这样在新年到来之前,您就能轻松知道需要备货哪些产品了。
Remind our customers to check their past sales and figure out their inventory needs in advance. Get into the habit of managing their inventory effectively, so they'll already know what they need when it's time to place orders before the Chinese New Year shutdown.

春节期间,订单暴增,提醒客户尽早下单,减少不必要的延误
畅销品和非畅销品都确保库存充足
In case those dreaded delays hit, make sure you're super prepared. Stock up on all your best-sellers, and don't forget to grab some of those less popular items that might unexpectedly fly off the shelves.
